Great spacious rooms. Nicely finished. Friendly helpful staff. It's an old hotel so the floors might creak and the lift looks like it's from an Agatha Christie novel. But it's best feature is the views! Especially at sunset on a clear day. For the price, I'm not sure you can get better than this. Even for more, I'm not sure it would be any better. You feel like you have gone back to the Victorian era and left modern life behind. Oh and the window sill is deep enough to comfortably sit on and enjoy the sunset with a cold drink.
Great position overlooking the channel, with outdoor and indoor vantage points. My room overlooked the channel and was clean and well supplied. The hotel is clean and well staffed with absolutely fantastic food. The bar food was so good we never bothered going out for dinner. It's a little old fashioned for some but this is really just a great British hotel how they used to be but with modern standards and updated facilities. Great hotel. I'm looking for excuses to go back.

Wonderful hosts. Lots of little extras and excellent decor and facilities. Highly recommended.
Perfect in every way. Highly recommended weekend away in this hidden little gem! Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The attention to detail in the shepherds hut is superb! Will definitely be returning this year!

Simple but clean. Very friendly staff. Room 1 can be a bit noisy being right next to the front door.
Great b and b. Genuinely lovely staff, good size rooms, clean and tidy and also very peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not a gourmet pub, but pretty good none the less. It scores by not pretending it is something it isn't. Food well presented and well cooked and very reasonably priced. Good service. Their car park is £3 for three hours, which is refunded when you buy any food.
Pretty little pub with a great view of the Clevedon seafront, lots of outdoor tables, a pleasant kiddies play area and a reasonable menu. The ordering system is horrible: a separate area with one server who whips off to pour drinks, coffees etc, while you queue in the hallway to place your order! Food arrived quickly, very tasty and good value. Would have stayed for coffee and maybe dessert but for the thought of queuing to order them.

Quite a traditional pub. Open later than most places for lunch which is why we went. In my opinion it needs a lot of renovation but if you like a traditional old school pub atmosphere then it's fine. Food was pretty good, few things on the menu were unavailable but overall not too bad. Was let down by a man (possibly the owner/manager) stomping around shouting at staff in front of customers unnecessarily. Very loud and abrupt but rest of staff were very polite and friendly.
A very welcoming pub serving good food at reasonable prices. If you go for a Sunday roast make sure you ask for more gravey otherwise I've eaten there on several occasions and always enjoyed what I've had. Overall a good pub.
