We recently had a house built for us by ADL. They were recommended to us by my Uncle who had his house built by them as was very impressed. Their price was very competitive and all the work was done to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and, although we kept changing our minds about things, they were more than happy to accommodate our new ideas. The snagging was done amazingly well and not a screw was missed. My wife and I would both highly recommend them to anyone looking for both new build and renovation work. Anna and Barnaby Kirsen

Hired a panel van for a Saturday . It was new with built in sat nav. I drove it to help my daughter move into her flat. Cost of hire was less than half that Thrifty in Weston s Mare had wanted. Also able to drop it back on either Sat at 5pm or Sunday at 9 am. Would recommend.

Thanks to the guys @ Stafford Garage, Dead Battery on me motor, Automatic motor, couldn't shift it, two mechanics came out and got the car going, got it back to the local garage, fitted a new batt as the other was totally dead not holding charge and was a kwik-fit cheapo (will never use chains like K-F and National again, varied experiences of these chains in the past, most or all of them - the experiences pretty poor...New quality batt installed and all in 2 hours and it was a call out of the blue from me, desperate to get back on the road again. Support local businesses and traders folks, local businesses are important and reputation is important to them....

Used for servicing and MOT on Mazda 2 Friendly staff, easy to book and work done promptly. I book early slot 0800 and work usually complete by 1100 Waiting area comfortable and wi-fi present so quite relaxing. Prices competitive.

Lovely place to buy a car friendly and caring

Purchased a car about 3 weeks ago, arranged a time to view, the vehicle was ready for me and not buried 3 deep. I was left alone to inspect with no hassle. Test drove on my own and all questions answered, all documentation available to look through. The price was the price...but they agreed to undertake some work. Collected 2 weeks later, the work had been done as promised and the car was cleaned. I can't say it was a bargain but a fair trade price. Can recommend if you do your homework.

Purchased my first car here about a week ago. Staff were friendly and proficient, answering any questions I had in detail. I did not have to call ahead to view and test drive the car which was highly convenient. The car was ready for collection within two days, in great condition. There was a small problem with the passenger seat which the garage swiftly fixed within the hour. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a used vehicle!

Great service - removed the old wiper blade (in the rain) and fitted a new one and all at a very reasonable price. Good old fashioned service with a smile. Brilliant!

Don't get your bike fixed here unless you want your head bitten off. Bike Mechanic proper misserable. Not the first time either. Polite but to a point. If he doesn't like his job please get a job somewhere else. Glad I was able to catch my 1p change after I had it thrown at me. Generally the rest of the staff are ace. :)

Fantastic service from Nathan today. Lots of perevious visits in store over the years have left me less then impressed. However Nathan’s experience in Car Audio equipment restored my faith in my local store (Clevedon) Hats off to Nathan - he knows his stuff.

Really helpful with the hi-lo roof conversion I was enquiring about. Had quite a few vehicles for sale as well. Has a good knowledge of Volkswagen and has a link up with a Volkswagen dealer. Can offer all types of conversions and accessories, such as spoiler, lowered suspension, side bars, carpet lining and seats. They have a painting facility for repairs also. They are a bit difficult to find but using Google maps got me there without a hitch. You can call them for advice on all types of conversions which they are more than willing to help with. Give them a try

Callum and Richard are brilliant. They made purchasing a used car a painless and pleasent experience. There was a small issue with one of the mirrors and they fixed it before I even pick the car up. Very happy and will deffinately use them again.

Replaced boiler added 2 radiators and shower. Excellent work very neat pipe work and tidy. House was empty for 3 days and they still tidied up every night Highly recommended

Craig and Kevin quoted for fitting a new bath and shower which was very reasonable compared to other quotes. When they came to fit it the bath had been leaking and the floor and wall were rotten and it went from a one day job to four days but they rearranged their work and worked Sunday to get the job done and not leave us in the lurch. The work was a high standard and they cleaned up and all the rubbish was cleared on the day they said it would be collected. Revised quote was still very reasonable. Would use again and highly recommended.

I had a classic case of not knowing what I didn't know - I had paid a web designer to build my website and (naturally) assumed that everything was under control. Not so! Rich found so many issues with the site's security that I was horrified! All are now fixed thanks to their amazing combination of supersonic tech skills and ability to speak to me in a language I could understand. Can't recommend them enough.

Rich and Amy at Anorak Cat are real gems in the rather dry world of tech and websites! Rich looks after my website on an ongoing basis and I trust that he has it in hand (something I don't wish to do or care to learn!). Came out to fix my washing machine. Call-out price is reasonable. I can't fault their engineers who are polite, get on with the job and do it well. I had a secondary fault and needed to get them out again, but they did this on their repair guarantee, so I didn't need to pay the call-out again. Recommended! :)

Buzz Electrical have just completed some rewiring, the fitting of a new Consumer Box and supplying and installation of some new lights for me. I am extremeley impressed with Lee and his team, their work is first class, they are friendly and very helpful. The job was completed in the promised time frame. Considering the work involved, the amount of disturbance to walls etc was kept to a bare minimum. I highly recommend Buzz Electrical.

We would highly recommend Buzz Electrical , Lee is professional, knowledgeable, polite and very conscientious. He has installed outside dusk until dawn lighting to the front and rear of our property which has made such a difference to us. He has returned to replace our main fuse box, add extra plug sockets and to fit ceiling lights. We are very pleased with all the work Lee has done for us.

I had two workers building me a new soundproofed room at my rehearsal studio. Dealing with Harpers was easy and painless, they had the workers on time and in place to do the work I needed and it was completed in the time frame that I had set out. Will definitely use again!

Clevedon Funeral Services recently took care of my mother's funeral. Every person in the team was completely respectful and caring and showed a willingness to adapt to our wishes for the day, no question of any 'factory funerals' here. We felt surrounded by unobtrusive care and support and are very grateful for their assistance in making a sad day a very joyful one in its own way.

Fantastic! Took our 14 month old for his 1st trim wondering if it would be possible - he's a wriggly little guy. Job done with lots of patience, humour and understanding and our little boy looks transformed. Fun to browse the pics of old Clevedon while you wait - great decor.

I'm not the best at knowing what style to have or how to get the best out of my hair. I went in today with a pretty messy long head of hair and asked for it to be tidied up. The friendly chap who dealt with me really explained things in a way I understood, and gave me a haircut I'm really happy with. This is a rarity for me, but I'll definitely be back, thanks very much :)

Tina is a really smashing lady and always makes the cats welcome. She appears kind to both feline and human. Have tried others but feel more confident and happy leaving our cat at Mountain Ash.

I love this cattery, and so does my cat Georgie. Tina and her family are great and obviously love their feline visitors. Won't use anywhere else! In fact Georgie's going in again this month.

Ci is a fabulous photographer. We could never of imagined how wonderful the photos of our wedding could be. They brought tears to our eyes, as the emotions were relived through the images she took. Her professional discreet approach allowed every moment to be captured. The images were fresh and creative and made the most of every setting. She made everyone look amazing. Tim, Jack, Derek and Ben did a fantastic job of moving us on 10th August. They arrived early on the day, had packed up our 3 bed house within 3 hours and were ready and waiting at our new house when we got the call to say we could collect our keys. The whole process went really smoothly and everything was placed carefully where we wanted it. The guys were really helpful, thorough, polite and professional which took all the stress out of moving - they even managed this on a particularly wet and windy day! Thank you for all your hard work! Really impressed with Hobden's - the team (Tim, Callum and Colin) were friendly, professional and worked really hard to get the job done. We used them for packing the day before and they took great care with everything. The move could have been a very stressful experience but the team made it all seem very straight forward. I was also impressed that they dismantled the beds and put them together again in our new house - which was one less thing for us to worry about. I'd definitely recommend them.

A friendly company who did a superb job of helping us move house, especially as the access to our new house was such a challenge! We never felt for a moment that we were anything other than a highly valued customer who the company genuinely wanted to do a good job for. We would very much recommend them for your next house move.

Twice now I have ordered my pizza at shop & sat inside waiting for collection. Both times staff have ignored me & served other people who came in after me first. When I asked where my pizza was, I discovered it was left on shelf going cold rather than simply telling me it was ready for me !! Staff are very grumpy in general & don't seem like they want to be there.☹

Pizza never turned up and then wouldn’t pick up the phone after ringing for over an hour to find out what was happening. I have returned to edit my post by upping my review stars to 3 from 1 as they gave me the pizza for free in the end

Text alerts when taxi on its way and car details to look out for when it had arrived. Drivers both ways polite and car interiors very smart. Easy to book. A few years ago I had a bad experience when a County Cars taxi I had booked to take me to the airport failed to arrive and I have avoided them in recent years. However, they were excellent on this occasion so I will be using them again.

No idea why there is so many bad reviews for this company.. I've never had a problem using them before.. Always been amazing customer service..hmm:/

I wouldn't use anyone else. We've been using them for over a year and they have always been on time, always lovely to chat to and they do their level best to fit you in when they are extremely busy.

Good to see Copse Cars blatantly and childishly promoting themselves - don't make it too obvious then. As a matter of interest more customers are late for us than we are for them especially on Saturday Nights between 11pm and 1am - sometimes 20mins late (or dont show up at all). And as for Mr New Years Eve, you were slurrying your words very rude and abusive and this will not be tolerated whatsoever. What a charming man! You wait for 20mins to get served at the bar but 10mins for a taxi on new years eve no way. I hope you have found another taxi operator that will endure your drunken and abusive rants on the telephone this new years eve. £22.00 for six people to go 4 miles...£3.66 per person is actually cheaper than the local bus fare per person which is £4.60 plus we provide a door to door service plus we were early on both occassions too Hmm really whats your problem? Most reasonable people would say that is excellent service...
